Job Summary
Our clients operate in a range of industries, including agriculture, petroleum, engineering, energy, real estate, investment, and food.

Job Description:

  1. Develop the company’s inventory management strategy with the aim of controlling costs within budgetary limits, generating savings, rationalizing inventory, and maximizing available working capital.
  2. Manage and maintain the company’s material and stocked product inventory including stock profiles and stock locations.
  3. Manage and control perpetual inventory stock counting/inventory accuracy checks.
  4. Minimize overstocks and removal of obsolete/redundant raw materials to maximize the availability of working capital.
  5. Ensure that the goods inward/stock control department is well organized and controlled to sufficiently support production and the goals of the business.
  6. Ensure incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedure.
  7. Ensure materials are ready and available for production as and when required.
  8. Ensure that any materials that are late or holding up production for whatever reason are chased and followed up until received.
  9. Ensure subcontract processes are received back and that suppliers are chased to ensure no late delivery situation.
  10. Provide routine management information on inventory performance.
  11. Monitor and evaluate consumables usage & costs.
  12. Control of materials used for spice counters and marketing activities.
  13. Reports (KPI) to be made for variation, shortage, aging based on the categories.
  14. Stock destruction, stock damage, etc. has to be properly evaluated.

Job Requirements:

  1. Experience: 5 years experience in Retail & FMCG Food Company or Relevant industry.
  2. Good in English.
  3. Very Good with Microsoft Office.
  4. Microsoft Dynamics User is preferred.
