Job Title: Stock Assistant – Studio Support

Department: Studio Operations / E-commerce

Job Purpose

The Stock Assistant plays a vital role in supporting daily studio operations by ensuring efficient sample handling, accurate stock management, and seamless coordination across warehouse, buying, and content teams. This position ensures that all products are readily available, organized, and delivered in line with shoot calendars and content creation timelines, enabling smooth execution of studio deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, verify, and track all incoming samples and stock items designated for the studio.
  • Coordinate with buying, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely receipt of new launches and seasonal collections.
  • Maintain an organized and well-managed studio stockroom, with all items clearly labeled, tagged, and stored systematically.
  • Prepare and dispatch products in accordance with the weekly shoot calendar, prioritizing based on content deadlines and product availability.
  • Support the studio team by allocating daily samples and maintaining accurate, real-time logs of all product movements.
  • Handle the return of items from shoots, ensuring products are checked, repacked, and recorded appropriately.
  • Assist in the management of B2B samples, including tracking invoices and coordinating handovers with finance and logistics.
  • Raise and manage warehouse orders to support marketing initiatives and studio reshoot requirements.
  • Identify and report stock discrepancies, coordinating closely with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure proper handling and care of all products — including delicate garments, accessories, and footwear — in line with brand and quality standards.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, fashion-driven environment
  • Familiarity with e-commerce studio workflows and product lifecycle
  • Proficiency in using Excel, Google Sheets, or basic stock/inventory systems
  • Good communication and coordination across teams
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle garments and stock items safely
  • Flexibility during seasonal peaks and tight content deadlines

Qualifications & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in fashion, logistics, or retail management is a plus
  • 1–2 years of experience in stockroom, fashion retail, or studio support role preferred
  • Understanding of fashion products and shoot/studio requirements is highly desirable
