Stock & Asset Coordinator

About the role:

As a Stock & Asset Coordinator with Bloomingdales – Store Operations team, your responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting with stock loans for press events, launches, promotional events, photo shoots, and trunk shows. Recording all relevant information, including photos, for future reference.
2. Preparing and updating reports on damages found upon stock return, making necessary adjustments in the system, and updating other reporting tools.
3. Ensuring stock is returned to the store within the set timeframe.
4. Assisting with cycle count preparation and investigations.
5. Adhering to policies and procedures related to stock loans.
6. Identifying trends in stock damages and reporting accordingly.
7. Meeting deadlines and maintaining task lists.
8. Maintaining the Asset Register, including classification, cataloging, and end-to-end asset tagging activities.
9. Liaising with the Finance team for yearly asset counts and reconciliation.
10. Compiling and maintaining records for quarterly asset write-off activities and assisting with asset disposal or sale.
11. Managing warehouse space allocation to ensure optimal storage of assets.
12. Maintaining the inventory of assets stored in the warehouse.
13. Assisting with other operational requirements as needed.

• You will be a graduate in any discipline.
• You will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar field.
