PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Washes dirty wares using dishwashing machine according to prescribed procedures.
- Removes cleaned wares from the dishwashing machine, sorts them by types, sizes, and outlets; scraps food residue or soaks stained ware with solution when necessary.
- Washes and cleans all used pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
- Polishes silverware for all functions and outlets.
- Prepares and delivers clean wares, removing stains and deposits, and separates damaged items.
- Collects empty bottles from kitchen and outlets, sorts them in the bottle room, and places them in proper containers; stocks containers properly.
- Maintains sanitation and hygiene in wet and dry garbage storage areas.
- Ensures cleanliness of service equipment such as cooling ranges, griddles, ovens, hoods, pots, pans, floors, walls, reach-in and walk-in chillers, and other kitchen utensils.
- Delivers empty trash bins to kitchen areas and outlets; collects and empties filled trash bins into the garbage room.
- Prepares equipment for outside catering and related functions.
- Monitors and records the temperature of dishwashing machines in the Temperature Control Sheet.
- Uses cleaning detergents and chemicals responsibly, following dilution guidelines according to MSDS to prevent wastage.
- Operates dishwashing and glass washing machines, decarbonizes, scrubs, uses wet vacuum, and other cleaning machines in stewarding.
- Cleans and maintains order in assigned areas and equipment including kitchens, food prep areas, garbage and bottle rooms, dishwashers, sorting tables, sinks, trash cans, and other equipment.
- Ensures guest satisfaction and promotes the hotel’s image by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all guest areas and food & beverage outlets.
- Maintains grooming standards as per Dusit policy.
- Reports to superiors on time and communicates important shift information.
- Participates in training and meetings to improve skills and knowledge.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to kitchen operations.
- Good knowledge of cleaning equipment.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Physically capable and strong.
