Job DescriptionPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Wash dirty wares using dishwashing machines according to prescribed procedures.
- Remove cleaned wares from the machine, sort by kind, size, and outlet; scrape food residue or soak stained ware when necessary.
- Wash and clean all used pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
- Polish silverware for all functions and outlets.
- Prepare and deliver clean wares, removing stains and deposits, and separating damaged items.
- Collect empty bottles from kitchen and outlets, sort in the bottle room, and store in proper containers; stock containers properly.
- Maintain sanitation and hygiene in wet and dry garbage storage areas.
- Keep service equipment, including cooling ranges, griddles, ovens, hoods, pots, pans, floors, walls, reach-in, and walk-in chillers, clean and orderly.
- Deliver empty trash bins to kitchen and outlets; collect and empty filled bins in the garbage room.
- Prepare equipment for outside catering and related functions.
- Monitor and record the temperature of dishwashing machines in the Temperature Control Sheet.
- Use cleaning detergents and chemicals appropriately, following MSDS guidelines to prevent wastage.
- Operate dishwashing, glass washing, decarbonizing, scrubbing, wet vacuum, and other stewarding machines.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas and equipment, including kitchens, food prep areas, garbage and bottle rooms, dishwashing machines, sorting tables, sinks, and trash cans.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and promote the hotel's image by providing high-quality cleaning and sanitation in all guest areas and related facilities.
- Maintain grooming standards as per Dusit policy.
- Report to work on time and communicate important shift information to supervisors.
- Participate in training and meetings to improve skills and knowledge.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to kitchen operations.
- Good knowledge of cleaning equipment.
- Ability to communicate in basic English.
- Physically strong.
