Hilton is seeking a dedicated Steward in Dubai to keep kitchen and dining areas sparkling clean and help deliver memorable hospitality experiences. You will maintain cleanliness, assist with serviceware, and support events while upholding health and safety standards in a bustling hotel environment.

Responsabilidades

• Keep serviceware spotless: Clean chinaware, silverware, and utensils; scrub pots and pans; polish silver.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure supplies and equipment are well stocked and organized.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness: perform cleaning tasks including mopping and waste removal.
• Support events delivery: prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
• Follow health and safety protocols: handle hazardous substances safely and comply with hygiene regulations.
• Report hazards and maintenance needs to the supervisor on duty.
• Train and mentor team members to strengthen performance.

• Monitor stock levels: Ensure supplies and equipment are always well stocked and organized for seamless service
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness: Perform essential cleaning tasks, including mopping and waste removal
• Support events delivery: Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions
• Follow health and safety protocols: Handle hazardous substances safely and comply with all hygiene and safety regulations
• Report hazards and maintenance needs: Promptly alert the supervisor on duty to any safety concerns or equipment issues
• Train and mentor team members: Share your expertise with new team members to help strengthen team performance
