Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Steward to brighten guest experiences by keeping kitchens and dining spaces pristine and organized. You’ll help deliver memorable stays and uphold the values of hospitality across all duties.

You will support event setups, maintain cleanliness, follow safety guidelines, and help mentor peers to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.

• Keep serviceware spotless: Clean chinaware, silverware and utensils, scrub pots and pans, and polish silver.
• Monitor stock levels and keep supplies organized for seamless service.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness with cleaning tasks, mopping, and waste removal.
• Support events delivery by preparing and setting up clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
• Follow health and safety protocols and handle hazardous substances safely.
• Report hazards and maintenance needs to the supervisor on duty.
• Train and mentor team members to strengthen performance.
