A leading company in the hospitality industry is seeking a Steward to maintain cleanliness and operational standards in the kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and experience in a similar role, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to teamwork. This position involves managing dishwashing and supporting the kitchen team in various tasks.
As a Steward, you must adhere to hotel specifications and standards in operating the dishwashing machine to wash designated Restaurant and Kitchen wares, clean and maintain equipment, and manage Dishwashing, Kitchen, Cafeteria, Compactor, and Storage areas. You will also assist in washing pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils. Additionally, you will actively support the kitchen team by providing clean equipment and completing other special cleaning projects as assigned.
