Job Description

As a Steward, you will adhere to hotel standards in operating dishwashing equipment to clean restaurant and kitchen wares. You will maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment, dishwashing, kitchen, cafeteria, compactor, and storage areas. Additionally, you will assist in washing pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils, supporting the kitchen team by providing clean equipment. You may also be assigned to complete special cleaning projects as needed.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent vocational training
  • Minimum of 6 months experience as a Steward in hotels and restaurants
