This job opportunity is with a planned start date of 15th August

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Report to work on time and be ready for your scheduled shift.
2. Properly break down machines for thorough cleaning of all parts.
3. Change water in machines and clean debris baskets once an hour.
4. Keep all chemicals filled during service to ensure proper cleaning.
5. Inform supervisors if soap products (solid powder, solid brilliance, silver fusion) are low.
6. Maintain fresh water in the three-compartment sink, changing it at least once an hour.
7. Ensure sanitizer test strips are available.
8. Keep the shelf above sinks organized and dry.
9. Take out trash and recycling as needed during service.
10. Ensure hand sinks are stocked with soap and towels throughout the day.
11. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish stations.
12. Organize the soil table for dirty items.
13. Keep soaking basins clean and fresh.
14. Store and organize BOH space daily.
15. Manage non-F&B orders and storage.
16. Remove boxes from receiving area and maintain the slop sink.
17. Keep the glass rack storage area clean and organized.
18. Perform opening and closing duties as outlined by supervisors.
