Stellantis Technician

We are looking to hire Certified Stellantis Technicians for Western Motors

Job Purpose: Perform efficiently, deliver quality service and repairs in the service workshop in accordance with processes and guidelines set by the principal to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity targets are met.

Accountabilities:

1. Operations: Perform requested repair work following the manufacturer's methods, recommendations, and operating procedures to ensure efficient use of time and compliance. Classify chargeable parts from warranty parts and determine wear & tear parts to decide if chargeable or eligible for warranty claim. Consult the Team Leader or Senior Technician for support and advice on correct diagnosis. Support other technicians on complex repair tasks as required.
2. Job Card: Complete the job card promptly, including details such as required parts, issued parts, and actions taken to maintain a history and record of jobs for future reference.
3. Tools & Equipment: Maintain all test equipment, hand tools, and instruments used for service purposes to ensure they are in good working condition and operational as per manufacturers' guidelines.
4. Safety: Follow safety rules defined by the manufacturer for instruments, equipment, and tools. Conduct repairs and maintenance work in compliance with HSE policies and procedures, encouraging colleagues to do the same.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Certified Stellantis Technician Level 2 or Level 3.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in repair work and operations.
