Overview

AL MUTHABIROUN Building Contracting is currently hiring a qualified Steel & Carpentry Foreman to join our project team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in steel fixing and formwork carpentry, with proven leadership and site coordination skills gained through at least 3 years of foreman experience in the UAE construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site steel fixing and carpentry teams.


• Read and interpret construction drawings and structural plans.


• Ensure high-quality execution of rebar and formwork (shuttering) works.


• Coordinate daily with site engineers and subcontractors.


• Inspect work before concrete casting.


• Track material consumption and report requirements.


• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site cleanliness.


• Resolve site issues in a timely and professional manner.


• Maintain daily work reports.


• Mentor and support workers to maintain efficiency and morale.
