Job summary

AVEVA is seeking a Subject Matter Expert for Static Equipment (Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Tanks, Piping) to lead technical deployment, monitoring, and value realization of predictive analytics across customer sites in the Middle East region, with a focus on asset integrity and reliability improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of static equipment engineering experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, refining, gas processing, or industrial environments.
• Strong background in inspection engineering, maintenance engineering, or asset integrity management.
• Familiarity with API 510, API 570, API 579, and integrity assessment methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, operational monitoring, sustainment, and value realization of AVEVA Predictive Analytics and Asset Performance solutions across ME region.
• Provide static equipment and integrity engineering SME during asset onboarding, solution configuration, and model development.
• Collaborate with analytics, data science, product, and delivery teams to ensure predictive models reflect equipment behavior, degradation mechanisms, and inspection strategies.
• Support RBI, integrity management, and asset reliability improvement initiatives.
• Act as the primary technical focal point during sustainment and managed service phases for assigned static equipment portfolios.
• Review and operationalise AI/analytics-driven recommendations from deployed AVEVA solutions.
