Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in reliability engineering within the oil & gas or petrochemical industry.
• Strong knowledge of reliability methodologies including RCM, RCFA, and APM.
• Ability to analyze failure data and implement effective engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause failure analysis to identify underlying issues and prevent recurrence.
• Perform asset performance management and reliability-centered maintenance studies.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to shift from reactive to proactive operations.
• Identify potential equipment failures using predictive tools and condition monitoring techniques.
• Assist operational teams in developing monitoring techniques for real-time equipment condition tracking.
