We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Stands Manager / Operations Manager to oversee five strategically located developer sales stands. This is an operationally intensive role that blends team coordination, process management, quality control, and field supervision. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing a daily field presence with back-office reporting and logistics.
