Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Stage Manager (Only UAE National) to oversee operations for our Holographic Video capture system. This senior role requires a strong background in team management, client interaction, and cutting-edge production technologies. You will work closely with creative teams, clients, and technical staff to deliver high-quality, innovative experiences, ensuring that the production stage operates smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Stage Operations and Setup:
  • Play a critical role in the setup and launch of the Holographic Video production stage.
  • Support the innovation, operation, and maintenance of the stage, ensuring optimal performance.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work closely with creative, production, and technical teams, as well as clients and talent, to ensure capture solutions and schedules align with project goals.
  • Coordinate with client teams and partner stages to share best practices and ensure consistency across projects.
• Client Interaction and Project Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the pre-production process, advising on the best shooting practices and serving as a technical advisor during shoots.
  • Manage client projects from pre-production through to final delivery, ensuring the overall look and quality of the projects meet expectations.
• Leadership and Representation:
  • Represent the stage's opportunities, challenges, and trade-offs to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative culture that values the integration of technology to enhance human experience.
• Facility and Equipment Management:
  • Oversee facility and system support, including hardware maintenance, facility upkeep, and managing supply inventory and procurement.
  • Manage equipment orders and setup, ensuring all technical needs are met for successful shoots.
• Shoot Management:
  • Supervise shoots, managing talent and schedules to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist clients in assessing and prioritizing selects for processing, providing expert guidance to achieve the desired outcome.

Qualifications

• Experience:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working with advanced capture/production technologies, such as motion capture, virtual production, or multi-camera capture.
  • Proven success in a game, film, or video production environment, with a track record of balancing short-term client needs with long-term technology goals.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong familiarity with PC IT support, including hardware, networking, and debugging, as well as A/V systems, standards, formats, and cabling.
  • Agile, flexible, and comfortable working in a dynamic, startup-like environment.
• Passion and Innovation:
  • A passion for leveraging cutting-edge technology to deliver innovative solutions that enhance real-world experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional Skills:
  • Practical understanding of computer vision and/or geometric algorithms.
  • Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art camera and capture gear.
  • Experience with on-set production and/or mobile video configurations.
  • Knowledge of Python/PySide or other scripting languages and development.
