Job summary

Flex, a growth-stage FinTech in Dubai, seeks a senior product design leader to shape the design vision for critical consumer experiences. You will own end-to-end design from research to prototyping, drive the product roadmap through design input, and raise the bar for craft across the design system.

You will mentor fellow designers, collaborate with design leadership, product, and engineering, and push for AI-enabled exploration and faster iteration.

Qualifications

• Senior individual contributor on complex consumer products.
• Shipped UX/UI work with significant scope.
• Ability to influence product strategy at the product level.
• Excellent execution in interaction design, visuals, and prototyping.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
