Overview

We’re looking for a Staff Leasing Coordinator to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah for a long-term opportunity with a government entity.

Only locally available candidates in the UAE.

Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

Duration: Long-term

Notice Period: Maximum 30 days

Experience: 1–3 years

Client: Government Entity

Payroll Company: Dautom Information Technology

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to identify offices for relocation.
  • Prepare and manage lease addendums for relocations.
  • Communicate and negotiate with existing tenants to ensure smooth transitions and signed digital documentation.
  • Assign new office units to lease contracts in Salesforce & SAP systems.
  • Coordinate with Park Operations to move furniture, items, and signage.
  • Work with the TSS team to close old units and create new ones.
  • Manage the full end-to-end relocation process.
Required Skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Presentable, professional, and customer-focused.
  • Experience with Salesforce and SAP.
  • Background in customer handling.
  • Real estate experience is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
