Job summary

Lean Technologies is seeking a Staff DevOps & Site Reliability Engineer to own the infrastructure architecture, reliability strategy, and scaling across hybrid/multi-cloud environments in the UAE. You’ll shape platform design, drive GitOps, and lead reliability initiatives at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering
• Experience designing and operating distributed systems at scale
• Strong Linux systems and internals
• Networking expertise (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, routing, firewalls)
• Kubernetes design, operations, troubleshooting
• Terraform or equivalent IaC
• Strong Python/Go or similar programming/scripting
• Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid environments (GCP, OCI preferred)

Responsibilities

• Define and own infrastructure architecture strategy across hybrid cloud
• Design and evolve Kubernetes platforms for multi-region scalability
• Establish and drive IaC and GitOps standards across environments
• Build observability systems (metrics, logging, tracing) to support reliability
• Lead incident management and postmortems
• Drive automation for provisioning, scaling, patching
• Champion security, compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, CIS)
• Mentor engineers and lead DevOps/infrastructure domains
