Lean Technologies in Dubai is seeking a Staff DevOps & Site Reliability Engineer to lead the strategic evolution of a multi-region infrastructure.

You will architect scalable systems across hybrid-cloud environments (GCP, OCI) and drive Kubernetes platform evolution, GitOps, and IaC standards.

The role offers equity and exposure to a regulated fintech with billions in transactions and rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE or Platform Engineering.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Linux internals, networking, and IaC (Terraform).
• Strong programming in Python or Go with multi‑cloud and security frameworks like SOC 2 / ISO 27001.

Responsibilities

• Define and own infrastructure architecture strategy across hybrid cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Design and evolve Kubernetes platforms for multi‑region scalability, resilience, and cost efficiency with GitOps and IaC standards.
• Partner with engineering leadership to drive automation, incident management, and mentorship across DevOps and infrastructure.
