About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Emirati Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, developing predictive models, and deriving actionable insights to support business decisions. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and data-driven projects while contributing to the advancement of data science in the region.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources.
• Develop and implement machine learning models to solve business challenges.
• Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to extract insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and business analysts, to develop data-driven solutions.
• Create data visualizations and reports to communicate findings effectively.
• Optimize algorithms for scalability and performance.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Must be an Emirati (Passport Holder).

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI-related projects.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.

Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.

Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience working in industries such as finance, healthcare, government, or technology.

Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) or deep learning techniques.

Familiarity with data governance and ethical AI practices.
