Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus, Nexus IQ, and other DevOps tooling with a focus on security (Image Signing, Image Scanning, Checkmarx).
• Develop and optimize GitHub Actions and implement GitOps principles for seamless application deployment.
• Manage and deploy applications using HelmCharts and ArgoCD while ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Write and maintain efficient Groovy scripts and manage robust logging mechanisms using ELK or Splunk stacks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, providing innovative solutions to ensure stability and performance.
• Collaborate with teams for capacity planning, resource management, and vendor management, ensuring seamless operations.
• Build and nurture strong business relationships with stakeholders to meet project objectives.

Requirements

• Strong real‑time experience with technologies such as Linux, Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence), CI/CD process, Pipeline‑as‑Code, shared libraries, GitHub, SonarQube, Jenkins, and related tools like Nexus and Nexus IQ.
• Hands‑on experience with image signing, image scanning, and Checkmarx.
• Proficiency in GitHub Actions, GitOps principles, and associated implementation.
• Strong experience in Groovy scripting and a logging stack such as ELK or Splunk.
• Expert problem‑solving capability.
• Experience with HelmCharts and ArgoCD, including troubleshooting and solutioning.
• Experience in capacity planning, resource management, vendor management, building business relationships, and stakeholder management.

Preferred Banking Domain Experience

Previous experience in banking or financial services is a strong advantage, with a deep understanding of compliance, security, and operational excellence in regulated environments.
