Job summary

GSS Group in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments on Kubernetes and OpenShift. You will drive automation and observable, secure deployments across multiple environments.

You will work with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitOps via ArgoCD, and service mesh, focusing on reliability and collaboration with development and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD implementation, automation, and container orchestration.
• Proficient with Jenkins setup, pipelines, and Groovy scripting.
• Solid knowledge of Pipeline-as-Code, GitOps practices, and declarative deployments.
• Experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes administration and operations.
• Familiarity with observability stack (ELK/Prometheus/Grafana) and security considerations.

We are looking for an experiencedSenior DevOps Engineerwith strong hands-on expertise inCI/CD, OpenShift, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitOps, Service Mesh, and DevOps automation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines and containerized application environments across Kubernetes and OpenShift platforms. The role requires strong practical experience in enterprise DevOps environments, automation, microservices security, observability, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, manage, and optimizeCI/CD pipelinesfor enterprise application deployments.
• Build and manage deployment pipelines across container technologies includingNative Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift.
• Develop and maintain automated CI/CD workflows usingGitHub Actions.
• Implement and manageJenkins-based Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)pipelines.
• Develop and maintainJenkins Shared Libraries, Pipeline-as-Code, and Groovy scriptingfor CI/CD automation.

• Work withELK Stack, Prometheus, and Grafanafor centralized logging, monitoring, metrics, dashboards, and troubleshooting.
• Support production deployments, incident resolution, performance monitoring, and continuous platform improvements.
• Contribute to DevOps standards, automation frameworks, engineering best practices, and platform reliability initiatives.
