Job Title : Sr. Techno Functional Consultant

Job Type : On Contract 12 Month Possible Renewable

About the Role :

Engaged in a techno-functional capacity to support the Treasury team in the implementation,

integration, and ongoing support of trading platforms and market data systems. This includes

working closely with stakeholders from business, IT, and vendor teams to ensure the stability,

scalability, and

Collaborate with Treasury and IT stakeholders to analyse business and technical requirements.

Provide Level 2 / 3 support for treasury trading platforms including Murex, Bloomberg, FXALL,

TREP, Eikon, and others.

Assist with integration and data feed projects involving APIs, FIX protocol, and real-time market

data systems.

Manage and support application infrastructure for trading floor environments

Coordinate and oversee market data system implementations, upgrades, and migrations (e.g.,

TREP, RMDS).

Facilitate Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies for treasury

systems.

Liaise with external vendors (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters, BT, Telcos) for infrastructure and

connectivity support.

Monitor system performance and provide incident management, root cause analysis, and

remediation.

Support project delivery through documentation (BRD, FSD, XSD), testing coordination, and user

training.

Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Functional and technical documentation for implemented solutions experience.

Configuration and deployment of market data and trading applications.

Integration and support of APIs and market data feeds.

Regular status reports and incident trend analysis.
