Job Summary :
The Sr. Team Leader – Telecom SMB Hunting Business is a sales leader of professionals whose primary job is to acquire new Small and Medium Business (SMB) clients. The role includes driving revenues, developing business strategies, and managing team performance towards meeting ambitious revenue targets.

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). 1-3 years of experience in outdoor or B2B sales. Proficiency in selling GSM connections (Postpaid, Fiber, and Business On). Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
Key Skills and Competencies : Proven track record in outdoor sales (B2B experience preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
