Job summary

Daikin Middle East & Africa (DAME (G)) is seeking a Senior System Analyst to optimize regional service systems, applications and data processes, driving efficiency and business performance across multiple platforms including Daikin Service Manager 3, SAP and Salesforce.

You will translate business needs into effective system solutions, lead enhancements, integrations, testing, implementation and user adoption, and train key users to ensure success across affiliates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and relevant IT experience.
• A minimum of 5 years in systems analysis or IT roles.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, CRM, ERP and service management platforms.
• Knowledge of data integration, cloud-based systems and emerging technologies including AI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.

• Support, train and mentor affiliate key users and develop process documentation and training materials.
• Identify opportunities for automation, integration and digitalization and evaluate emerging technologies.
• Act as the regional liaison between affiliates, business functions, IT and HQ on system requirements and performance.

About The Role

The Senior System Analyst is responsible for optimizing Daikin’s regional service systems, applications and data processes to improve operational efficiency and business performance. The role leads system enhancements, integrations, testing, implementation and user adoption across platforms including Daikin Service Manager 3, SAP, Salesforce, Spare Parts Bank, Customer Engagement Center and Learning Management System. Acting as the link between business stakeholders, MEA affiliates, IT and Headquarters, the role translates business requirements into effective system solutions and standardized processes. The role is leading the sett-up of new affiliate’s systems and training service key-users to ensure operational and business success.

How You Will Contribute

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems analysis, business systems, IT or a similar technical role.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, CRM, ERP and service management platforms.
• Knowledge of Power BI, data integration, cloud-based systems and emerging technologies, including AI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience working across functions, cultures and regional organizations is preferred.
