The Senior System Analyst is responsible for optimizing Daikin’s regional service systems, applications and data processes to improve operational efficiency and business performance. The role leads system enhancements, integrations, testing, implementation and user adoption across platforms including Daikin Service Manager 3, SAP, Salesforce, Spare Parts Bank, Customer Engagement Center and Learning Management System. Acting as the link between business stakeholders, MEA affiliates, IT and Headquarters, the role translates business requirements into effective system solutions and standardized processes. The role is leading the sett-up of new affiliate’s systems and training service key-users to ensure operational and business success.
