Talabat Holding in Dubai is seeking a data analytics professional to drive high-impact projects, uncover data-driven insights, and support decision-making across the business.

You will track performance metrics, design dashboards, perform deep-dives by region, and translate analyses into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in quick-commerce, food delivery, e-commerce, or a fast-paced tech startup.
• Strong experience with P&L analysis, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and business impact modeling.
• Advanced proficiency with data querying and visualization tools (SQL, BigQuery, Looker); build dashboards on large data volumes.
• Proven track record of structuring complex problems, performing deep analysis, and delivering actionable insights.
• Expert-level skills in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides; leverage AI tools to automate workflows.

Responsabilités

• Performance analysis and monitoring: track core metrics, daily/weekly datasets, identify trends and anomalies.
• Dashboard and tool creation: design, maintain and automate dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets and BI tools.
• KPI tracking and reporting: translate quantitative data into clear reports for periodic reviews.
• Deep dives: conduct granular regional and country analyses to map drivers and growth potential.
• Managerial support and strategic insights: synthesize data to drive actionable insights for executives.
• Actionable recommendations: provide data-backed guidance to cross-functional teams.

This role will drive high-impact strategic projects uncover data-driven insights and support key decision-making across the business

The scope will cover the following

• Performance Analysis amp Monitoring: Track talabat s core performance metrics diving into daily and weekly datasets to detect operational trends flag anomalies and highlight quick-win optimization opportunities
• Dashboard amp Tool Creation Design maintain and automate interactive dashboards Excel Google Sheets AI tools to give stakeholders clear real-time visibility into operational effectiveness and key business metrics
• KPI Tracking amp Reporting Assist in tracking critical business indicators against targets translating complex quantitative data into clear structured reports and visual summaries for periodic business reviews
• Deep Dives Conduct granular regional and country-level analyses to map localized performance drivers identify operational bottlenecks and surface growth potential
• Managerial Support amp Strategic Insights Partner closely with managers by synthesizing data to drive actionable key insights across ongoing projects directly supporting strategic decision-making and executive business reviews
• Actionable Recommendations Synthesize analytical deep dives into clear data-backed insights to assist cross-functional teams in refining commercial operational and vertical strategies
