Job summary

Julphar in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a QA/QMS professional to ensure cGMP compliance across sites. You will lead Change Control, Complaints and Product Recall processes, and drive quality improvement initiatives.

The role requires a 5+ year background in life sciences with strong eQMS experience, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with regulatory guidelines. You will provide KPI data and support Quality Council decisions with rigorous analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science or pharmacy.
• Minimum 5 years in Life sciences with Quality Management systems.
• Proven experience in eQMS and cGMP regulatory guidelines.
• Proficient in MS Office and statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize Change Control and Complaints/Product Recall groups.
• Follow up Change controls, Product Recall, and Complaints across Julphar plants.
• Provide data for KPI and Quality Council reports.
• Develop user-friendly systems and analyze performance.

Job Description

• To adhere to the cGMP principles and to maintain them effectively.
• Responsible for leading and organising the Change Control, Complaints / Product Recall group.
• Responsible for following up of Change controls, Product Recall, and Complaints, for all Julphar plants.
• Responsible for providing Data for the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Quality Council compilation.
• Responsible for developing User user-friendly system and analysing performance

Qualification/Functional Knowledge

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in science/pharmacy
• Experience of minimum 5 years in the Life science, preferably in Quality Management systems. And proven experience in eQMS management
• Extensive Knowledge in cGMP and regulatory guidelines.
• MS Office proficient, Statistical analysis
