What You’ll Do:
Sales & Customer Engagement Welcome customers with a warm and professional approach, guiding them to the perfect product selections. Deliver impactful presentations showcasing the features and benefits of our high-quality product range. Achieve and exceed sales targets while fostering strong customer relationships. Prepare customized quotations and negotiate terms to close sales successfully. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups for enhanced customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge & Collaboration Stay informed about the latest trends in interior design and building materials to offer expert advice. Work closely with procurement, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth operations. Ensure the showroom is always inviting, well-organized, and reflective of the brand's high standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications & Experience High school diploma (degree in business/marketing is a plus). 2 years of experience in showroom sales, ideally in the interior solutions or building materials industry. Strong track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional service.
Skills & Attributes Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A customer-first mindset with a passion for sales. Proficiency in CRM or ERP systems. Fluency in English & Arabic.
