Job description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve MICE revenue targets including client prospecting, lead conversion, and relationship management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, conducting regular meetings to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, F&B, and banquet) to ensure smooth events and act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the planning process.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity, adjusting sales strategies to maximize opportunities.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and finalize client contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and revenue goals.
  • Monitor market performance, prepare sales reports and forecasts, and maintain accurate customer database records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MICE sales, preferably within a luxury or 5-star hotel.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
