Job description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve MICE revenue targets including client prospecting lead conversion and relationship management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients conducting regular meetings to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations F&B and banquet) to ensure smooth event and act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the planning process.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity adjusting sales strategies to maximize opportunities.
  • Prepare negotiate and finalize client contracts ensuring compliance with company policies and revenue goals.
  • Monitor market performance prepare sales reports and forecasts and maintain accurate customer database records.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business or a related field
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in MICE sales preferably within a luxury or 5star hotel.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
