Job description

As a Senior Sales Manager at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and providing strategic insights to senior management.

  • Engage with the UPT Sales Director to prioritize projects and set sales strategies.
  • Collaborate regularly with UPT, LST, and Service Directors to support regional financial objectives.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive STRAP for your accounts to meet targets.
  • Achieve or surpass the annual UPT order targets for your sales region and offerings.
  • Manage the 18-month forecast in SFDC and coordinate with Credit & Collections to maintain past dues within company targets.
  • Lead a team of project sales in your region.
  • Acquire and apply knowledge of refining, petrochemical, and gas markets, including understanding of competitors and industry trends.
  • Possess strong understanding of refining, PC, and gas process technologies, as well as UOP products, processes, and solutions.
  • Drive new business development and ensure the success of the Offerings Model.
  • Engage with clients to influence decision-makers and promote UOP processes, products, services, and solutions, positioning UOP as a preferred technology partner in the region.
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Integrate individual account plans into the regional strategy for the Middle East in collaboration with the ME Marketing Manager and UPT Sales Director.
  • Lead the team to advance opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • Build a strong team through hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring, utilizing PSS skills, Miller-Heiman blue sheet, Value Proposal Selling, and Solution/Outcome Selling methodologies.
  • Support individual growth objectives by utilizing the UPT process and SFDC tools.
