A leading technology firm in Dubai seeks a Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, manage a sales team, and provide strategic insights. The role requires excellent communication and leadership skills alongside 10+ years of industry experience. Knowledge of refining and petrochemical markets is essential. As a Senior Sales Manager at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and providing strategic insights to senior management.
· Strong engagement with the UPT Sales Director to prioritize projects and set sales strategy.
· Strategize with UPT, LST, and Service Directors regularly to obtain support for the region to meet financial objectives.
· Develop a comprehensive STRAP for your accounts and execute the plan accordingly to meet targets.
· Meet or exceed the annual UPT order targets for the applicable sales region and offerings.
· Manage the 18-month forecast in SFDC, work with Credit & Collections to maintain past dues in line with company targets.
· Manage a team of project sales for the applicable sales region.
· Understand refining, petrochemical, and gas markets, business, and competition.
· Strong understanding of refining, PC, and gas process technologies and UOP offers, including products, processes, and solutions.
· Drive new business and ensure success of the Offerings Model.
· Engage personally with clients in the region to influence decision makers and sell UOP processes, products, services, and solutions. Position UOP as a preferred technology partner in the region.
· Engage in promoting, negotiating, and closing deals.
· Integrate individual account plans into regional strategy for the Middle East in collaboration with the ME Marketing Manager and UPT Sales Director.
· Drive the team to move opportunities through the pipeline.
· Build a strong team by hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring sales team members in applying PSS skills, Miller-Heiman blue sheet, Value Proposal Selling, and Solution/Outcome Selling.
· Support individual growth objectives by driving the UPT process through SFDC usage.
