The Opportunity

Planview is hiring an experienced Senior Sales Director reporting to our Managing Director, APAC. This role involves building out a new region, focusing on new business and expansion, and driving revenue through a solution-oriented sales approach. We already have a customer base of nearly 50 clients across the Middle East, and the goal is to scale this further. We seek an ambitious full-cycle sales professional motivated by the opportunity to create meaningful change among large enterprise organizations.

Ideal candidates are high-energy, driven team players with expertise in Enterprise SaaS sales, looking to accelerate their careers and earnings while contributing to a top-tier sales organization. You should have over 8 years of successful, ROI-driven enterprise solutions sales experience, capable of handling complex, executive-level sales with finesse. You enjoy developing strategic plans for acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts, engaging with senior technology executives (CIOs, SVPs, etc.), and communicating technical and business value effectively. Location preferred is Dubai.

What You'll Do
  • Apply strong business acumen and Planview sales methodology to prospective customer engagements.
  • Guide potential enterprise customers through the sales process, understanding their needs, and presenting solutions persuasively.
  • Navigate complex and lengthy sales cycles, overcoming objections and closing deals.
  • Work independently to identify requirements and develop successful strategies for new business.
  • Meet or exceed revenue quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Build internal relationships to ensure smooth onboarding and maximum value realization for customers.
  • Consult with prospects to recommend optimal solutions and deliver compelling proposals.
  • Foster and expand the Alliance ecosystem across the Middle East.
What You'll Bring
  • Over 10 years of successful sales experience with ROI-driven enterprise applications to C-level decision makers.
  • Experience with PPM or SPM is highly preferred.
  • Ability to manage complex organizational structures, long sales cycles, and multiple decision-makers.
  • Effective communication of technical and business value to stakeholders.
  • Enterprise/SaaS sales experience required.
  • Experience collaborating with virtual sales teams.
  • Deep familiarity with SFDC and other sales tools like ZoomInfo, Demandbase, etc.
  • Proficiency in value-based and ROI-based selling approaches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
