Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new food service clients (HORECA: Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Catering).
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to assess satisfaction and upsell products.
  • Provide insights to the marketing and production teams for product development.
  • Maintain sales records, client databases, and sales reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in FMCG, bakery, or food service).
  • 4-6 years of experience in the HORECA sector in UAE.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food service industry trends.
