Looking for a dynamic and results oriented Sales Engineer in Oil & Gas industry.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Industrial Automation & TelecommunicationSales.

This role requires a proactive approach to securing business, mapping key accounts, and developing winning sales strategies to ensure growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive order inflow by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve profitability targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to maximize sales potential.
  • Map key customers and competition, identifying areas for growth and expansion.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to develop competitive advantages.
  • Implement winning strategies and countermeasures to secure business at favorable commercial terms.
  • Ensure sales align with budgeted profitability by optimizing pricing and contract terms.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in the Oil & Gas / Power/Water, Waste Water Projects, with a minimum of 3 years in Industrial Automation Sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Proven ability to map key accounts and competition to drive business growth.
  • Experience in handling sales strategies, pricing, and contract negotiations.
  • Willingness to travel across the Middle East region for client meetings and business development.
  • Must possess Valid UAE Driving License and Car.
