Job summary

KN International招待 Sr. Resident Engineer to supervise residential villas and infrastructure in Liwa, Abu Dhabi.

The role requires extensive UAE construction supervision experience, strong leadership, and client communication skills to ensure projects meet IFC drawings, specs, safety, and contractual obligations from mobilization through handover. The ideal candidate will hold a Civil Engineering degree (Master’s preferred), a UAE PE license, and at least 15 years in UAE projects, including ADHA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• PE license in UAE required.
• Minimum 15 years UAE project experience.
• Experience with Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA).
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of UAE regulations and standards.
• Willing to work in Liwa, Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for successful completion of assigned infrastructure projects.
• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, inspectors and staff.
• Implement and enforce quality control and assurance measures.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures to ensure financial control.
• Develop and manage project schedules with critical milestones.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, stakeholders and authorities.
• Apply technical expertise across infrastructure works.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Job Summary

KN International is seeking Sr. Resident Engineer will support the client in the construction supervision, coordination, quality control, safety monitoring, and contract administration of residential villas and associated infrastructure works. The ideal candidate will have extensive construction supervision in the UAE or similar environment, with strong leadership, project management, and client communication skills. The role involves ensuring that all construction activities are executed in accordance with approved IFC drawings, specifications, authority requirements, safety standards, and contractual obligations, from mobilization through handover and defects liability period.

Key Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the successful completion of assigned infrastructure projects.
• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, inspectors, and technical staff.
• Implement and enforce quality control and assurance measures.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure financial control.
• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring critical milestones are met.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and authorities.
• Apply technical expertise across infrastructure works.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects comply with local regulations, codes, and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including reports, change orders, and inspections.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Professional Engineering (PE) license in the UAE.
• Min. 15 years of experience in UAE projects
• Previous experience with Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA)
• Strong leadership, team management, and client-facing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of UAE local regulations, codes, and standards.
• Proven track record in managing and delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Willing to work in Liwa, Al Dhafra Region, Abu Dhabi.
