Job summary

KN International Architects and Engineers LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sr. Resident Engineer to supervise residential villas and related infrastructure, ensuring compliance with IFC drawings, specifications, authorities, safety standards, and contracts from mobilization to handover.

The role requires leading a multidisciplinary team, managing budgets and schedules, and maintaining strong client and authority communications to deliver high-quality projects in Liwa, Al Dhafra Region, Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
• PE license in the UAE.
• Min. 15 years of UAE project experience.
• Experience with Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA).
• Strong leadership, team management and client-facing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of UAE local regulations, codes and standards.
• Proven track record delivering large infrastructure projects.
• Willing to work in Liwa, Al Dhafra Region, Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

Job Summary
