JobSummary

KN International is seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer to support the client in supervising, coordinating, and ensuring quality andcompliance of electrical works in residential villas and associatedinfrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive constructionsupervision experience in the UAE or similar environment, with strong technicalexpertise, leadership, and client communication skills.

The role involvesproviding technical oversight, monitoring contractor performance, implementingsafety standards, and managing all electrical installations from mobilization throughhandover and defects liability period.

KeyResponsibilities

• Take overallresponsibility for the technical execution and supervision of electricalworks, including power distribution, lighting, low voltage systems, andutilities.
  
• Providesenior-level site supervision and technical guidance for electricalinstallations across villas, infrastructure, and utility works.
  
• Review, interpret,and ensure compliance with IFC drawings, specifications, authoritystandards, and contractual obligations.
  
• Monitor contractoractivities, assess work quality, and report non-conformances (NCRs).
  
• Review and verifycontractor submissions, including shop drawings, method statements,materials submittals, test reports, and O&M manuals.
  
• Conduct siteinspections, witness testing/commissioning, and ensure electrical systemsmeet design, quality, and safety requirements.
  
• Coordinate withcontractors, authorities, utilities, and other stakeholders to facilitatesmooth project execution.
  
• Implement andenforce HSE requirements, safe working practices, and environmentalcontrols.

RequiredQualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degreein Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  
• ProfessionalEngineering (PE) license in the UAE is preferred.
  
• Minimum 10 yearsof relevant construction supervision experience in the UAE or similarenvironment.
  
• Previousexperience with Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) projects preferred.
  
• Strong leadership,team coordination, and client-facing skills.
  
• Excellenttechnical knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, lighting,and low voltage systems.
