Job Description:

This position holds overall responsibility for the financial and technical success of large-scale projects, typically with a total installed cost of less than $500 million. The role involves planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling domestic and international projects in accordance with company policies, procedures, systems, and requirements.

The Project Manager will maintain day-to-day contact and communication with clients, focusing on client satisfaction. Responsibilities may also include managing and overseeing the performance of two or more smaller projects, supervising project personnel through subordinate leaders, and serving as the proposal manager for major domestic and international project proposals.

The role is independently accountable for a major profit/loss center. Candidates should possess an undergraduate degree in Engineering and have at least 15 years of relevant experience, with an average of over 20 years, including several years at the Project Manager level.
