Sr Project Management Specialist

We have an opportunity for a Sr Project Management Specialist to join us at Honeywell inMasdar.

Key responsibilities

• Developing project plan, timelines and budget, defining project scope, objectives and deliverables
• Lead, motivate and oversee cross functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to set expectations and update on project progress.
• Responsible for project revenue planning and forecasting.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, implement contingency plans.
• Manage resources efficiently and improve productivity.
• Ensure deliverables meet Honeywell quality standards and customer requirements.
• Handle changes in project scope, schedule, and costs while maintaining project objectives.
• Maintain comprehensiveproject documentation for reporting and auditing purpose.
• Use project management tools to monitorproject performance andproductivity.
• Address customer escalations and issues promptly to keep the project on track.
• Working with Sales and P&E team on new project opportunities.

Key skills and qualifications

Education

• Bachelors in Engineering, Business Management

Experience

• Minimum : 10 years ofproject management experience in the region.
• Strong leadership andteam management skills
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities
• Proficiency in project management software
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Good understanding ofbusiness operations and solutions -specific knowledge
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• PMP Project certification.
• Proven experience working in safety solutions, Fire & Gas and Fire- fighting system with good understanding of safety and reliability standards in O&G industry
