Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of civil construction projects.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Review and approve technical drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Resolve technical issues and coordinate design changes with relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor resource allocation (manpower, equipment, and materials).
- Prepare regular progress reports and present to senior management / client.
- Ensure project documentation and contractual records are maintained properly.
Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Business, or related field (L&D certifications a plus)
- 3–6 years’ experience in HR or L&D, preferably in the FMCG sector
- Strong knowledge of learning methodologies, training tools, and e-learning platforms
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to assess training ROI
