Job description

An innovative Program Manager with superior analytical and planning abilities and preferred experience in Supply Chain / Logistics. Must have knowledge and experience in direct-to-customer fulfillment operations as well as excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Launching new programs to accelerate speed (Dark Store, SSD, Direct customer deliveries, etc.)
2. Setting up the network and Transportation configurations (NDC)
3. Developing Fulfillment experience (FX) charters across all emerging markets
4. Program managing the launch of new systems, tools, dashboards, and processes
5. Undertaking cost and speed improvement projects
6. Collaborating with cross-functional and cross-country teams spanning finance, operations, 3PL, and tech to set up processes for maintaining configurations and improving existing fulfillment
7. Presenting to senior leadership on these programs

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience defining program requirements and using data to improve processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or equivalent quantitative field
• 5+ years of business strategy or non-tech program management experience
• 5+ years managing stakeholders in cross-functional projects
