Job description

An innovative Program Manager with superior analytical and planning abilities and preferred experience in Supply Chain / Logistics. Must have knowledge and experience in direct-to-customer fulfillment operations as well as excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Launching new programs to accelerate speed (Dark Store, SSD, Direct customer deliveries, etc.)
  2. Setting up the network and Transportation configurations (NDC)
  3. Fulfillment experience (FX) charters across all emerging markets
  4. Launching new systems, tools, dashboards, and processes
  5. Undertaking cost and speed improvement projects

The candidate will work with cross-functional and cross-country teams spanning finance, operations, 3PL, and tech to set up processes for maintaining configurations and driving improvements in existing fulfillment. They will be responsible for senior leadership reviews on these programs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • 5+ years of supply chain experience
  • 5+ years of experience communicating with and presenting to executive and senior audiences
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of defining and executing against program timelines and requirements
  • Master's degree or MBA in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or equivalent quantitative field
  • 5+ years of change management experience
  • Experience in complex problem solving and working within tight schedules
