Job description

Amazons Middle East North Africa and Trkiye (MENATR) Seller Services is looking for an exceptionally motivated and talented Product Manager for Global Selling into one of our marketplaces to grow its international business arcs. The Global Selling Business is a key growth engine for the overall Seller Business in MENATR, and this team's goal is to maximize the potential of out-of-region sellers for MENATR customers.

To be successful in this role, you will be required to deliver insights and actions to improve our Customer Experience for Selling Partners outside the MENATR region. You will influence global product roadmaps and drive projects to unblock MENATR potential. You will need to build strong relationships with our away teams, demonstrate thought leadership, and influence beyond scope. You will also coordinate smoothly with the wider Product Tech and Category teams.

Key Job Responsibilities

Reporting into the Head of Global Selling for MENA, you will:

  1. Support in launching and scaling Global Selling in new marketplaces.
  2. Work with Product and tech stakeholders to scope requirements.
  3. Drive programs/products to scale relevant inputs.
  4. Be a key stakeholder in store-wide initiatives and engage with local leaders in MENA Seller Services, Selling Partner Support, Customer Service, and company-wide teams in Technology and Product Management to drive projects and improvements to buyer and Selling Partner input metrics.
  5. Coordinate with Global Selling teams across existing and new worldwide locations to recruit tens of thousands of Selling Partners annually, providing selection leadership.
  6. Own the reporting (recurrent/adhoc) of the performance of different global arcs and align stakeholders on planning priorities and team goals.

This role requires you to work across all levels of the organization and influence teams across all Amazon locales.

Required Experience
  • 6 years of experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles with a focus on data analysis.
  • Experience with annual brand and media planning.
  • An MBA degree.
