Job Description
In this role, you will lead Product on a critical part of our core consumer food flow. You will sit at the intersection of all sides of our marketplace, balancing the needs of each. You will be responsible for driving one of the company’s key bets for 2025, as well as exploring new opportunities to grow talabat this year and beyond.
You will work within an empowered Product-Engineering team to improve a vital stage of our consumer experience. Collaborating with Design, Data, and Engineering colleagues, you will discover, define, and deliver improvements, set product strategy, and manage go-to-market activities to achieve key company goals. You will also coordinate closely with other Consumer teams to ensure alignment across the end-to-end Consumer experience and lifecycle.
Your day-to-day activities
- Be part of a crucial team working to improve a high-impact product within our consumer experience.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team of Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Product Analytics.
- Build strong relationships with your team to maximize impact.
- Develop a deep understanding of the product, target customers, local contexts, business value, risks, opportunities, technical challenges, and more.
- Champion customer development and data analysis to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.

- Work closely with design and research teams to uncover opportunities and unmet user needs.
- Rapidly ideate, prototype, and iterate solutions with your team, building and rolling out new products.
- Prioritize opportunities based on company KPIs.

- Measure the success of launched products and invest in their continuous improvement, leveraging your experience with experimentation setup and analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to expand your knowledge and enhance product efforts.
- Ensure alignment with other Consumer teams regarding the end-to-end experience and lifecycle.
- Manage stakeholder communication, including working with global teams.
- Work with internal stakeholders, commercial, and strategy teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies.
