  4. Product Development & Execution: Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of key strategic initiatives in close collaboration with content, UX, and engineering teams. Partner with marketing and customer success to support go-to-market execution. Support the broader roadmap delivery across cross-functional teams, identify areas for process improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency, regularly running retrospectives to assess and optimize value.
  5. Cross-Functional Leadership : Act as the product lead for new initiatives, aligning cross-functional teams on goals and priorities. Communicate roadmap updates and drive collaboration across engineering, content, design, marketing, sales, and customer success.
  6. Market & User Research : Conduct market and user research to inform strategy, with a focus on international and test prep needs. Use interviews, surveys, focus groups, and user testing to gather insights and guide product decisions.
  7. Metrics & Performance Tracking: Collect, visualize, and analyze product analytics data for the entire multi-platform product or multi-product line; work with product analytics to establish core metrics, KPIs, and develop product goals to demonstrate efficacy or product-market fit to leadership.
  8. Product Backlog & Planning: Establish product backlog for products and develop development plans for the upcoming years.
  9. Project Coordination: Coordinate complex development projects across multiple technology teams, including outsourced vendors.

What You Bring :
