Global Road Safety's mission is to lead the world's safest transportation network, protecting the lives of people on the road everywhere. Global Road Safety (GRS) covers all miles and all business units in all countries (22 total) where Amazon conducts on-road operations. GRS is structured into a hybrid field and corporate organization with six key pillars: Incident Investigations, Risk Assurance, Standards/Policies, Tech and Services. GRS is also associated with the Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) horizon vision to be the global benchmark for safety excellence across all like industries utilizing the six horizon pillars: Data Intelligence, Safety Design, Ergonomic Improvements, Technology, Risk Reduction, and People & Perception.
