Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading planning for microtunneling projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 or equivalent planning software.
• Skilled in schedule development across design, procurement and construction.
• Experience in progress measurement, reporting and forecasting.
• Ability to review contractor baselines and assess delays.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6, covering design, procurement and construction.
• Review and evaluate the Contractor's baseline programme for compliance and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress, identify variances, and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Resident Engineer and team to verify progress on site.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports with milestones, delays, risks, and recoveries.
• Evaluate EOT claims, delay analyses, and revised programmes per contract.
• Develop progress measurement systems and performance indicators for control and reporting.
• Conduct trend analyses and what-if scenarios to assess changes and mitigations.
• Support cash flow forecasts, histograms, and manpower projections.
• Coordinate deliverables with Cost Control, Engineering, Procurement and Construction teams.
• Participate in meetings presenting schedule status and recovery strategies.
• Assist management in risk identification and mitigation planning.
• Ensure compliance with PM procedures and data integrity.
• Mentor junior planners and site engineers in scheduling techniques.
