Sr. Planning Engineer

Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Monitor project progress, identify delays, and propose corrective actions.

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project timelines.

Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and schedule analysis for management review.

Assist in resource planning, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company standards.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. 10+ years of experience in planning and scheduling within the construction industry.
3. Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
6. Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's construction regulations is a plus.
